From Vocabulary.com: ”Litigious is the adjective form of litigation, the act of suing someone in court. If a person is called litigious that means they tend to sue people, maybe excessively.”
Example:
“Our litigious neighbor took issue with everything from tree trimming to leaf blower noise, and eventually we decided we needed to move.”
