Facebook ads are a surefire way to turn on traffic to your website or Facebook page. Not only are they a great way to promote your business, they’re also a fantastic channel to promote specific listings. Have you ever thought of getting a property in front of potential buyers with Facebook? Many agents do!
A recent article on Facebook for real estate agents from Mashable.com brought up two “best practices” for creating ads. Before you post that ad of your smiling headshot, read this advice:
“Be smart about the image you use in the ad. “People want to see properties, not your smiling face,” says Dinner. “They’ll also click on graphs if the information is focused, relevant and not available elsewhere.” Dinner recently conducted a study of the impact of parking spaces and garages on home prices in San Francisco and used a graph of the data in a successful Facebook Ad campaign.
Finally, consider how you target. Dinner recommends setting up the ads to target your fans’ friends — because the people within your sphere of influence are more likely to become clients and be in your target demographic.”

Great advise, but never used INFOGRAPHICS so how does it work? Attempting to eat the whole elephant, but getting a stomach ache. So could you help? Thanks.
