Last summer we introduced many of you to a handy web/app called Lift which helps you build habits and reach goals. It’s continued to grow in popularity, and more people are using the app on the iPhone to be mindful of their actions toward specific goals. (There’s a web version, but no Android or Windows Phone version yet.)
Sometimes having a tracking app like Lift isn’t enough, though. You need a plan. After all, as the old saying goes, “A failure to plan is a plan to fail.” What if you don’t know exactly how to go about reaching your goal? What if you need a map?
Well, Lift now offers plans. From fitness to mindfulness to productivity, there are dozens of pre-programmed plans you can now use on Lift to help plot a pathway to a better you.
If you haven’t checked out Lift yet, we urge you to revisit it with an eye on the handy new plans component. It’s a definite upgrade!
