NBA Legend Dwyane Wade Finally Sells Swanky Miami Beach Mansion
Almost two years after first listing his waterfront Miami Beach mansion, Dwyane Wade has officially said goodbye to the property. The retired NBA player, who played for the Miami Heat for most of his career and is married to Gabrielle Union, originally listed the property for $32.5 million in September 2019. Then, it was reduced to $29 million and eventually $26.5 million. According to Mansion Global, the sale just closed for $22 million.
