The Provo, UT, estate of the late author and businessman Stephen Covey has come on the market. His book of business wisdom, “The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People,” is a perennial bestseller.
Covey died in 2012 at the age of 79, leaving behind a publishing empire—and a massive mansion. His custom-built home is now available for $6.9 million.
Designed by the Utah-based architect Robert McArthur for the author, the 42-room architectural marvel measures a massive 21,548 square feet. The picture-perfect site sits at the base of the Wasatch Mountains and captures views of the valley below, including the campus of Brigham Young University.
