Have you ever wished you could temporarily share what you’re seeing on your screen with someone when you’re on the phone?
It used to be that screen sharing was a pain to setup, requiring special software for both the person sharing the screen and the person viewing the screen. Now it’s as easy as using a free web-based service called “Join.Me.”
The next time you’re on the phone with a client (and they’re in front of their computer), you can easily share your view by asking them to launch a web browser and join your “Join.me” session.
This is useful for reviewing property websites, MLS listing information, and any presentation you might like to walk them through personally. (Just be mindful that while screen sharing is running you need to be sure you don’t share private or sensitive information.)
